Is Lizaro casino legit?

Our whole operation runs on a Curaçao licence, number 365/JAZ, granted to our operating company GMBL Tech. That means our casino games and sports betting have to meet strict industry requirements, including segregated player and operating accounts, certified random number generators and full player identification checks before any payout leaves our system.

What are the withdrawal limits?

Standard limits sit at €500 per day and €7,000 per month. Climbing the 5-tier VIP programme raises them, and at Level 5 you can take out €1,500 daily and €20,000 monthly. Anything above your daily ceiling rolls over and gets processed on the following days, so a large win doesn't get stuck, it just arrives in instalments.

How do I log in to my account?

You need your email address and password for the Lizaro casino login. If two-factor authentication is switched on, you'll also enter a security code from your authenticator app. Forgot your password? Click the reset link and we email you a new one, valid for 30 minutes. The first time you sign in from a new phone or computer, we ask you to confirm it's you.

Can I play from the Netherlands in euro?

Yes. EUR is a native account currency here, so there's no conversion step when you deposit from a Dutch bank card, Revolut or Zimpler, and no conversion when the money comes back. Eleven cryptocurrencies are available as an alternative if you'd rather settle in BTC, ETH, USDT or one of the others.

How can I contact support?

Live chat runs 24/7 from the box at the bottom of your screen. For documents or payment questions, email support@maisonjuju.nl, since attachments upload with your message. VIP players at Level 4 and above get a personal manager with direct contact details.

What wagering conditions apply to the welcome bonus?

Your deposit balance is always spent first, so bonus turnover only starts counting once that's gone. The deposit package carries wagering requirements, and the free spins have their own terms including maximum conversion caps. Demo play with no deposit carries no wagering at all, though it pays no real winnings either. Full details sit on the promotions page, worth reading before you fund the account.

The people behind Lizaro play too, and we know what annoys players about online casinos: hidden terms, slow cashouts and support that never answers. So everything that matters is written down plainly.

The catalogue runs to 10,000+ games from well-known studios, a live casino open at any hour and a sportsbook covering the big European leagues.

The Rules We Work By

Lizaro holds licence 365/JAZ from Curaçao. Every result comes from a certified random number generator, and player funds are kept apart from company money.

Player Protection

Gambling is for adults only. We offer custom limits, reality checks and self-exclusion, and we point players to Loket Kansspel on 0800-0303 or loketkansspel.nl, or Gambling Therapy when they need support.
